LAST RIDE-OUT : RAMBLERS RETURN - 2nd November 2014

Nigel stepped forward to lead our last ride-out for 2014. Just two bikes turned up at Pop2000 for the 9.30 start, which was a shame as the unseasonal dry and mild weather made for pleasant riding conditions for this time of year. The route through Cheshire and Staffordshire to the Ramblers Retreat near Alton was last used in 2012.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Group riders are reminded: This is not a formal club and it is important everyone is aware of their individual responsibilities when riding together. In attending a group ride, each rider is deemed to be totally responsible for his or her own safety and liability for their own actions when riding with others. Other than planning the route there is no obligation on the lead rider to provide overall group responsibility. Equally, there is no obligation on the other riders in the group to follow or keep up if they feel it is unsafe to do so. All rides will adopt the second man drop-off system at changes in direction, which is intended to ensure everyone can ride at their own pace and no one gets lost or left behind.
