Where are My Rides located?

My Rides is located in Stoke-on-Trent, but we do drive out to other places as well.

How do I book a taxi from My Rides?

You can book a taxi from My Rides either telephonically on 01782 438 291 or by booking through our online booking system.

Can I book a taxi 6 months in advance?

Yes! You can book a taxi weeks, months and years in advance at My Rides. Book easily through our online booking system.

What payment options do you offer?

You can either pay in cash or you can pay with a debit/credit card payment. We only accept VISA and Mastercard.

Why havent I received any booking confirmation on email?

It can take up to a couple minutes before you get an email confirmation of your booking. It could also have ended in your spam mail. If you still havent got any confirmation after those couple of minutes, or if there isnt any mail in the spam folder, then give us a call on 01782 438 291, so we can help you.

Which types of taxi services does My Rides offer?

We offer various of taxi services, such as taxi transfers to and from the airport, hospital, alton towers, train stations, the mall, school and much more. We can drive you long distance, short distance, drive you around for a day, give a taxi tour, and this is just some of services. Is your taxi service available day and night?

Yes. We operate on a 24/7 basis all year.

Do My Rides offer airport transfers to Heathrow airport?

Yes we do. My Rides can drive you anywhere in the UK, just make sure you book 24 hours in advance.

Are your drivers licensed?

Yes they are. The UK Law requires that all taxi companies are licensed by the Transport for London or Public Carriage Office.

Where does the driver wait for you when arriving at the airport?

The driver will meet you at airport arrivals hall. 

Do My Rides have drivers who can speak multiple languages?

My Rides is an inclusive and diverse workplace. Therefore, we have drivers who also speaks multiple and other languages, such as Turkish, Arabic, French, Urdu, Hindi, Danish, Farsi and many other. If you have family visiting from overseas and you would like them to assisted by a driver who speaks their mother tongue, then call us to arrange it on 01782 438 291.

We offer a variety of sizes, such as 4-seater, 6-seater, 7-seater and 8-seater.

What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer vehicles such as a saloon car, estate car, MPV car, VIP car, SUV car and SUV plus. See the full overview when booking a car through our online booking system. 

Do My Rides offer wheelchair accessible cars?

Yes we indeed do offer wheelchair accessible cars.

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

No pets are allowed, except for guide dogs.

Is it safe to drive with My Rides?

Yes its very safe to drive with My Rides. We require a specific taxi qualification and, to drive for us, a full DBS disclosure and completion of safeguarding training. We also expect all of our drivers to have many years of taxi driving experience behind them. At our company we make sure that the drivers gets continuous training and regular evaluations. You can be sure that your safety is our priority.
